It's been a while...Anyways, I watched the new FMA Brotherhood episode 10: SO SAD!!! Hughes dies, and his daughter, Elysia nearly made me cry.
Elysia: *watches her father get buried* Why are they burying papa? He can't go to work if they put him in the ground! Make them stop, mama, make them stop!!"
Gracia, Elysia's mom: *starts crying as Elysia tugs on her mom's skirt*
Elysia: *begins to panic* Mama, make them stop!! They can't bury papa, he can't go back to work!! STOP!!
OMG it was horrible, watching that scene. And to think Hughes died while he was thinking of his family. T_T
Well, I discovered this singer on youtube because I was listening to FFIX game music, and I clicked on a link called "Rose of May", by someone called Katethegreat19. I was really surprised to find out that she wrote the lyrics, but completely remade the song so that she sang the vocals too. It was excellent, and she made links so that you could download her music. Obviously, I downloaded them all.
THEY WERE SOO GOOD!! She also rewrote "Itsumo Nando Demo" from Spirited Away, "Yuki no Hana" in memory of someone else that had recently passed away, "Melodies of Life" from Final Fantasy IX, and a bunch of other stuff. She's really good, go listen to her. I've also returned to my livejournal account, and I'm making it so that I post some writing exercises and ideas on it, as well as some other stuff for my blog.
And did you know the Eyeshield 21 series is finished? I read the last chapter at 1:00 am last night, only to find out it was the very last chapter. That surprised me, but HOLY COW, Sena looks so much older!
Anyways, that's all I got today...but if you haven't watched the new Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood series, I would recommend it; the first season SUCKED, but this new season is AWESOME. I hated the first season, because I was lost after the 13th episode, but the new one...Holy frick, the color, the actions, and it's not overly funny either, but it has its moments.

Well, I got a tablet not too long ago, but I'm still not the steadiest on it yet lol, so most times I just start with a pencil and paper sketch of something I like.
Then scan it and to make it smooth I use the pen tool, and finally use the tablet to do the coloring.
Since I have kids that like anime, I usually just hand the sketches to them to color (It keeps them busy a bit for mommy to do her coloring lol)

Depending on the type and size I think they can run about 80 right up to several hundreds of dollars. But a good investment. Bamboo is a fairly decent one and not too expensive, (about 100 dollars).
I like it as for the most part because it has a pen so it's so much nicer to actually use that than fight with a mouse that has a mind of it's own lol.
The only thing to really get used to is to be looking up at the computer screen rather than down at a paper. So it's rather nice as it does save the scanning process if you really hate that and want to just get to work lol
Maybe something to start hinting early for christmas for lol
